Water, noise, power, jobs and taxes on one page you can share — with calculators, a map and the Premier’s Q&A.
Community Information & FAQAHI has launched its Community Information & FAQ page: one honest source for the questions our neighbours ask most, so that one page outruns a hundred rumours.
What is on it: how the campus addresses water (zero municipal water, sealed loop) and sound (RWDI modelling, the distance slider); a jobs calculator; a property-tax calculator that shows exactly where each dollar goes — every $1,000 of assessment pays $16.54 a year at 2026 County rates, 73.7% to County services and 24.6% straight to Alberta schools; an 800 m / 2,000 m map of who is near the campus; and the Premier’s data-centre Q&A.
It also publishes AHI’s commitments in writing: follow the process every phase; measure, not just model; show up in person; answer questions publicly; hire here first; share the journey.
“Transparency is the strategy,” said Sunny Sarpal, CEO & Founder. “Our approvals are published, our progress is filmed, and our answers are on this page. Hold us to it.”
AHI — AI Hub of Innovation is developed by Havenz Smart Communities (Lead Developer) in partnership with Turning Stone Developments (Lead Investor); both are general partners of AHI. Growth beyond the 30 MW plan of record is a pathway subject to its own permits and studies.
