Hydrogen-blend-ready prime power with OEM long-term service — ordered years ahead of first power.
Rolls-Royce mtu generation · behind the fenceAHI has executed its generation packages with Rolls-Royce mtu — the prime-power platform at the heart of the campus. The hydrogen-blend-ready 4000-series packages come with OEM long-term service, and are configured for N+1 prime operation with dual-fuel standby.
In a market where power equipment lead times now stretch for years, securing generation early is the difference between a delivery date and a hope. The packages are matched to the first 10 MW and sized for the 30 MW plan of record.
Delivery is a Central Alberta effort. Full Spectrum Projects leads engineering, procurement and construction for the generation program — engines, fuel and electrical integration — and Collicutt Energy, Red Deer’s own energy-services firm, handles genset packaging, commissioning and service, hired local on purpose.
“We ordered power before we ordered anything else,” said Sunny Sarpal, CEO & Founder. “It is the one thing you cannot buy at the last minute, and it is the one thing every customer asks about first.”
